Ticket Info
- Fanclub pre-sale tickets go on sale Saturday March 8, 2008 through jackjohnsonmusic.com at 10am.
- General public on–sale through Ticketmaster is Saturday March 15, 2008 at 10am.
- General Admission concert tickets are $49.50 + applicable service charges.
- Camping tickets for Saturday August 2 and Sunday August 3 are available for purchase. Please go to our camping page for all details.
- Camping tickets are $75 / vehicle for 2 nights (Aug, 2 & 3) and $45 / vehicle for 1 night (Aug, 3) only.
- Camping tickets do not include admittance to the concert.
- Patrons 24 months or younger do not require a ticket to enter the event.
Event Details
- This event is general admission. There are no permanent seats for sale.
- Door time 4:00pm / Show time 6:00pm. Please remember to arrive early!
- Show goes rain or shine.
What to Bring
- One bottle of water including refillable sports water bottles.
- Blankets/towels (1 per person)
- Sun block
- Small to medium sized backpack
- Non-professional cameras with non-detachable lenses
- Audio recording devices are permitted as long as they do not affect the view of other guests enjoying the show
- Cell phones
- Hats
- Rain gear (if needed - show proceeds rain or shine)
- Strollers (if for an infant)
- Any prescription drugs/antibiotics must be in a clear plastic bag and kept in a backpack or purse
What not to Bring
- Outside food or drink
- Weapons / knives
- Laser pens
- Chains / chain wallets
- Video recording devices
- Alcohol or narcotics
- Large signs / banners / flags
- Umbrellas
- Lawn Chairs
- Frisbees/Water Guns/Footballs/Soccer balls – use of these items is only permitted in the parking lots and camping areas
On–Site amenities and services
- Food and beverage items for sale - check the site for more details
- Beer gardens for 19+ patrons (Reminder: Bring a government issued photo ID card to gain access into the beer gardens. Every patron will be required to show of age ID)
- First aid and medical treatment tents throughout the site to assist all guests
- ATM machines
- Pay phones
- Portable washrooms and hand wash stations
- Refillable water bottle stations
- Professional licensed security
- Paid–duty police and fire & rescue teams in case of emergencies
- Viewing platform for wheelchair–accessible seating needs (There is no separate ticket required for this area. General admission tickets will grant access to this platform)
- Showers (in camping area)
Parking Policies for Sunday Aug. 3, 2008
- Parking lots for day of show parking open at 8 am on Sunday Aug. 3, 2008
- Day of show parking is provided free of charge
- No open flames or BBQs permitted in general admission day of show parking lots
- Portable washrooms and hand wash stations will be available for use in all parking lots
- Garbage & recycling facilities are available throughout all parking lots
Gate Policies
For the safety and comfort of all staff and guests of Burl's Creek Park, all patrons entering the ticket admissions event gates are subject to a search of backpacks, purses and their person. Failure to permit our security staff to conduct a visual and physical search will result in the patron not being permitted entrance to the event.
Ejection Policy
Management reserves the right to disallow entry or evict persons from Burl's Creek Park if their conduct is offensive, abusive to others, or adversely affects the safety of person or property of Burl's Creek Park.
